The virtual Kick off Meeting of the Micro-credentials in Soft Skills for Healthcare Professionals and Students (MISS4Health) project with reference nr. ID KA220-HED-C89BE09AKA220-HED Call: Cooperation partnerships in higher education took place on Monday 11th December 2023.

MISS4Health counts with a budget of 400.000€ co-funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme of the European Union and will last 30 months, from November 2023 to April 2026.

The general objective of MISS4Health is to improve competences in soft skills using a modular Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) based on micro-credentials at EU level that certificates these competences and the pedagogical value of the MOOC. This way, Higher Education and Vocational Education Training institutions will have the opportunity to offer shorter, more flexible, accredited programs.

It counts on seven partner organisations, University of Hradec Králové from Czech Republic, the project leader, and the consortium members: Fundación Centro de Cirugía de Minima Invasion Jesús Usón (Spain), Vytauto Didziojo Universitetas (Lithuania), Sia Biznesa Augstskola Turiba (Latvia), Viral Studios Sociedad Limitada (Spain), Sveuciliste Urijeci (Croatia) and Charles University (Czech Republic).

The event has been organised to meet the partners, to launch the project, to discuss the 4 work packages, distribution of tasks between partners and dissemination.
