Currently, proper learning schema based on MOOC and micro-credentials for healthcare professionals and students in soft skills is missing. So the general objective of MISS4Health is to improve healthcare professionals’ and students’ competences by focusing on soft skills development using a modular MOOC based on micro-credentials at EU level that certificates these competences and the pedagogical value of the MOOC. This way, HEIs and VET institutions will have the opportunity to offer shorter, more flexible, accredited programs. MISS4Health includes four work packages to develop and validate the MOOC based on micro-credentials.
