About

The context

Soft skills are interpersonal, cognitive and personal resource skills that complement hard skills and contribute to safe and efficient task performance. Better training in soft skills can help reduce human errors.

There is a gap in soft skills education within the healthcare domain. Current training methods are mainly e-courses, e-games or seminars, but training for Health Professionals and Students has not yet been standardised.

The Council of the European Union has promoted a European approach to micro-credentials to improve quality, transparency, accessibility and flexibility of learning.

MISS4Health responds to this need through an innovative training approach based on MOOCs, Serious Games and micro-credentials.
